Terms of Service — Join Judaism

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Join Judaism platform at joinjudaism.org ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Tweener FT Inc., a Delaware corporation.

2. Description of Service

Join Judaism provides an educational platform for Jewish conversion candidates, including study sheets (delivered as a PDF ebook), quiz practice, Hebrew reading exercises, and a personal progress dashboard. Free and paid tiers are available.

3. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when purchasing or logging in
Use the platform only for personal, non-commercial study purposes
Not reproduce, distribute, resell, or sublicense any content from the platform without prior written permission from Tweener FT Inc.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract platform content
Not share your login link or account access with third parties

4. Payment and Access

Access to the full platform requires a one-time payment of $14.90 USD, processed securely via Stripe. Upon successful payment, you receive:

A downloadable PDF ebook containing all study sheets (yours to keep)
6 months of unlimited access to the quiz platform and Hebrew reading exercises
Access to your personal progress dashboard

Platform access (quiz, Hebrew, dashboard) is limited to 6 months from the date of purchase. The PDF ebook is a perpetual, non-transferable personal license.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase, as you receive immediate access to the ebook download and the full platform. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at hello@tweener.io and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Join Judaism platform — including study sheets, quiz questions, Hebrew exercises, text, images, and design — is the exclusive property of Tweener FT Inc. and is protected by United States and international copyright law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for private study only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific outcome will result from use of the platform (including passing a Beit Din examination). Educational content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute rabbinical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tweener FT Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
